Ensure that the people of Gwynedd are at the heart of everything we do.
Supporting the Digital Plan (2023/2028) which will include all the functions that arise as a result.

Main Duties
The Council has presented a Digital Plan (2023/2028) which presents 29 new projects. An internal team will lead on this Plan. The Professional Trainee will lead on a number of projects linked to the plan using Agile management methods to drive projects forward in the role of manager or project leader;
Lead on a number of projects in Gwynedd Council's Digital Plan (2023/2028);
Undertake the role of user researcher on key projects;
Join local and national networks to apply for opportunities to attract further financial support to push digital entrepreneurship projects forward;
Prepare evidence-based business cases and progress reports;
Insight into a number of the Council's services to identify where digital innovation can contribute to improvements and/or savings;
Input to the Council's digital plans;
Close collaboration with the Information Technology Service Management Team and the Authority's Digital Boards;
Opportunities to develop digital skills in a wide range of digital technology.

As a member of staff at Gwynedd Council, you have the following responsibilities:
Responsibility for self-development.
