The Gwynedd Social Services Workforce Development Partnership organises courses for Cyngor Gwynedd workers and agencies that have service level agreements / contracts with the Council. If you do not work for Cyngor Gwynedd or an agency that has a service level agreement / contract with the Council we cannot provide courses for you. To apply for a place on any one of the courses we offer please fill in this form. One form can be used to apply for places for up to three individuals from the same workplace / agency on a course by filling in Name of attendee 1, 2 and 3. The information that you provide will not be used for any other purpose and will only be shared internally for the purpose of council contract monitoring. You will need your Pay Number (if you work for Cyngor Gwynedd) or your Date of Birth if you are not a Cyngor Gwynedd Employee.
