MORTGAGE on the following messuages and lands for securing £700 and creating a term of 500 years: Tyddyn y bont fain, Y Buarth Nant y gwiel ’now’ called Hafotty Nant y gwiel, late in the holding of John Owen, ’now’ in the tenure of David Thomas and Mary Edward, Penrhyn otherwise Tynyrhyn, the cottage called Ty bach, the land called Y Cae bach, the dairy or summer house in Cwmterfvyn, the parcel of land called Ole Nantglasse, the parcels called Penissa Doleymeirch and Dolymeirch Ucha, the messuage called Tyddyn y llechwedd y byarth and several parcels called Y ddolwen, Dolydd Duon, Y Wern Goch, Llechwedd y buarth, in the tenure of David Richard and all in the township of Cowarch, pa.[rish] Llanymowddwy [Llanymawddwy]; the messuage called Tythyn y berth, late in the tenure of Evan Richards and ’now’ in the occupation of William Jones, the messuage called Tyddin Pant y Dwr otherwise Maesglassey and two parcels of ’arrable and pasture land’ called Erw Pant y Dwr and Erw bron llwydwydd, all in the township of Maesglassey and pa.[rish] Mallwyd, formerly in possession of Richard David, then of Evan Richards, and ’now’ in the occupation of the said William Jones.
