1. John Vaughan of Nannau, Major of 10th Hussars. 2. The Meirionnydd County Council. CONTRACT (duplicate) for the sale of land, buildings and premises at Llanelltyd abutting on the highway from Llanelltyd to Ganllwyd, now used as a school. Consideration: actual cost of erection of the buildings in 1907 plus a "fair price" for the land. (The purchase to be completed when No.1 comes into possession of the premises after the death of Mrs. Foulkes, the present life tenant.)
