CONTRACT (duplicate) for the sale of land, buildings and premises at Llanelltyd abutting on the highway from Llanelltyd to Ganllwyd, now used as a school. Consideration: actual cost of erection of the buildings in 1907 plus a "fair price" for the land. (The purchase to be completed when No.1 comes into possession of the premises after the death of Mrs. Foulkes, the present life tenant.)
