STATEMENT of Messrs Jones and Blaxland of Crosby Square, Solicitors re the termination of negotiations for the transfer of the "Cefn Rug" Mortgage claiming that the Trustees to the Rug Estate are the aggrieved parties in the matter. The statement quotes in full their letter to A.S. Twyford (Solicitor for the original mortgagees) which includes a schedule of lands involved in the mortgage agreement with their occupiers, acreage and value.
