CONVEYANCE (draft) of all that messuage or tenement and farm with lands and appurtenances known as Carn y gadell lying and being in the parish of Llangelynin, measuring 91 acres, 2 roods and 4 perches and in an indenture dated 31 October, 1831 was described as being in the holding of John Owen his undertenants or assigns and now in the occupation of Humphrey Roberts; all that messuage or tenement and farm with lands and appurtenances called Nantgysilig in the parish of Llangelynin measuring 51 acres and 26 perches and in the said indenture was described as being in the holding of David Evans; all that messuage or tenement with lands and appurtenances known as Brynhir, in the parish of Llangelynin measuring 11 acres, 26 perches and in the aforesaid indenture described as being in the holding of Hugh Thomas, his undertenants and assigns; all that allotment or parcel of land number 276 on the Enclosure map for the parishes of Dolgelley and Llangelynin, containing 7 acres, 2 roods and 20 perches bounded on the north by ancient enclosed lands and on the south and east by the allotment in the same plan marked 275 and on the west by the allotment marked 277, on the south by the road marked 2 on the East by the allotment in the same plan marked 283, 284 and 275 and on the west by the allotment in the same plan marked 281 and 259 all that annual rent charge of £12 paid annually .by the .by the Aberystwyth and Welsh Coast Railway Company and of and in all buildings, barns, hereditaments and premises belonging or in anywise appertaining and all estate right title, interest, claims and demand whatsoever of the said John Williams Morgan Gwynne Hughes in and to the said premises and every part thereof.
