CONVEYANCE in accordance with the will of Mr. David Roberts of lands commonly called HENDRE in the township of Bon yr Onn, in the parish of Gwyddelwern in the county of Merioneth, together with several parcels of land commonly called Y ty du fedw, Maes y porth, caer Lloieu ucha, caer Lloieu Issa, Tu myriot ucha and Tu Myriot issa, y Tu chyfer erw cronwen, y cottel wrth y .skybor sk bor .skybor, cae’r gegin, Bryn y Ffinches, caer Graig yr erw, Felen yr erw wen, caer skybor, Rhyd yr Aethuen ucha, cottel Rhyd yr Aethuen, Gweirglodd yr hendu, Gweirglodd y coed and yr erwin ucha ir tu and all that other messuage or tenement with appurtenances commonly called or known by the name of Bryn Cyffo situated in the township of Bon’r Onn in the parish of Gwyddelwern also, several pieces of arable land called Cae y skybor, Gweirglodd y Ffynnon, Gwern yr hen erw, Cae pant, Cae yr Garreg Lwyd, Y Gottel, y cae tyfd, caer bont gam, y cae eithen, yr wyth gyfer, y cae tan y bedwpen, Bryn Cyffo cottel, rhyd yr aethuen, Rhydry Aethuen ffron bach, y cae tu hwynt ir tu Gweirglodd rhyd yr Aethuen, Caer gelynen wattsid and Erw bon yr onn or by whatever name the several pieces of land are known in the parish of Gwyddelwern, in the county of Merioneth now or lately in the occupation of Evan Hughes or his assigns, since of Thomas Jones and his undertenants at the yearly rent of 70 and now in the occupation of William Parry.
