LEASE of messuage, tenement or land known as Tyddyn y Neuodd, otherwise Llwyndu; also that messuage or land known as Bronhengwys and Cae Cornel; that messuage, tenement, land with appurtenances known as Rhydid fach fechan or Rhydidfarch fechan; all that messuage, tenement, land and appurtenances known as Gwastad coed Canol or Gwastad Coed bach; that messuage or dwelling house known as Ty yn y Twll or Tywrth y gelynen; all that messuage, tenement, land and appurtenances known as Bodwlan fechan; all that other messuage and appurtenances known as Tyddin bach rhiw’r Corne or Tyddinbach rhiw yr crone; all that other messuage, tenement and lands with appurtenances known as Tyddinyfymore or Tyddinyfynnonne and Tir y fynnonne and all that messuage, tenement and land with appurtenances known as Porthygwyddfwlch and several parcels of land known as Pantcau and Caecornel. All these lands being situated in the township of Llwyngwril in the parish of Llangelynin, in the county of Merioneth.
