Rachel Howell, Llwyndu, in the county of Merioneth, widow and relict of Humphrey Owen late of the same place, gentleman, the first husband, and elder daughter of John Goodwin, late of Esgairgoch ucha, in the parish of Trefeglwys, in the county of Montgomery, gent, deceased. 2. Henry Owen, Llwyndu, surgeon and apothecary, and Anne his wife, the only surviving child and heir of the said Humphrey Owen, by the said Rachel. 3. Humphrey Jones, Machynlleth, in the county of Montgomery, aforesaid, gent. 4. Richard Richard of Caerynwch,in the county of Merioneth, Esq. RELEASE of land known as Tyddyn y Neuodd or Llwyndu all that messuage,tenement and land with appurtenances known as Gwastad Coed Canol or Gwastad Coed Bach; all that messuage and dwellinghouse known as Ty yn y Troll or Ty wrth y gelynen; all that messuage,tenement and lands known as Bodwlan Fechan, all that messuage, tenement and lands known as Tyddin Bach Rhiwtr Corne or Tyddinbach Rhiw yr Crone; all that messuage, tenement and lands known as Tyddinyfynore or Tyddin fynnonne and Tirfynnonne; all that messuage, tenement and lands with appurtenances known as Porthgwyddfwlch and those several pieces of land known as Pantcau and Caecornel; all that messuage, tenement and lands with appurtenances known as Tyddinygorse or Gorsewen. All the aforesaid messuages, tenements and lands hereditaments and premises are situated in the township of Llwyngwril, In the parish of Llangelynin, in the county of Merioneth. Rachel Howell to receive during her lifetime £21 p.a. as rent charge.
