1. Henry Owen of Dolgelley in the county of Merioneth: surgeon and apothecary and Anne his wife. 2. Griffith Owen of Dolgelley, tanner and Howel Parry, Dolgelley, gent. LEASE (part of a Lease and Release transaction) of lands, messuage and tenements with appurtenances known as Brynrhig Issa or Tanygader, township of Dyffrydan, in the parish of Dolgelley, in the county of Merioneth; all that that all that messuage, tenements or lands with appurtenances known as Llwyn Ivan Vaughan in the parish of Llanenddwyn, in the county of Merioneth; also all those several messu ages, tenements or dwelling house or tanhouse in the town of Dolgelley in the several tenures of Griffith Owen, Humphrey Pughe, glover, Davis Jones, yeoman, Griffith Ellis, David Hughes, John Harry, John Jones, Gwenach Evan, Mary William John, Rees Lewis and William John their undertenants and assigns; also that tenement later built by the said Henry Owen with orchard and garden in the town of Dolgelley; and also that messuage, tenement and lands with appurtenances known asTythyn y Neuadd or Llwyndy; all that tenement, messuage with appurtenances known as Bodwlan Fechan all that messuage, tenement known as Tythin Vach Rhiw yr Crone; all that land and appurtenances known as Bronhengwys and Tythyn y Ffymore; land known as Rhydidfach Fechan; messuage or tenement known as Tythyn y Gorse or Gorse Wen. All the aforesaid in the township of Llwyngwril, in the parish of Llangylynin, in the county of Merioneth, being formerly the estate and inheritance of Owen Owen, gent, deceased, brother of the said Anne, the wife of the said Henry Owen.
