APPOINTMENT AND DEMISE by way of mortgage of land and premises in Bala being part of a garden belonging to certain dwelling- houses in the possession of Evan Jones, Llanuwchllyn, Innkeeper and Mary, his wife, bordering on the south on a piece of waste land, together with dwelling houses newly erected by John Jones, Plasey, Bala, Wheelwright, for securing £120 with interest.
