LETTER: William Elias, The Abbey [Llanrwst] to Lord Newborough. He encloses a list of the Llanfair Encroachments [not present] and would like to know by the 10th when his Lordship wants the tenants to pay the rent. He says he has already sent £150 to the Bank. He mentions other proposed building sites and describes the land, and goes on to describe some masonry work. He says that a part of some belfry or steeple is leaking in the new Church, and says that the gallery must come down.
