LETTER: E.M. Edmunds, Independent College, Bala, to Miss Ellen Edwards, inviting her and her sister to Bala on Good Friday. They have excursions from Liverpool and elsewhere on that day, and should they accept his invitation he would be pleased to make their visit pleasant and interesting, and would also have a friend there who has the gift of entertaining. With Bala, its lake, and beautiful environs, she could reckon on enjoying a happy day if she favoured him with her company.
