Lygon is unsatisfied with his Lordship’s plan to reduce the interest on the mortgage by £2,000 to 3½ per cent. Endorsed: DRAFT of reply to above letter: His Lordship acknowledges the refusal of his proposal regarding the mortgage and refers Walford to James and Co., at an address in London, who will deal with the Company’s wishes.
