LETTER: The Rev. I. Phillips, Cheltenham to Spencer Wynn. He wishes to thank Lord Newborough and himself for their support in his writing to the Chancellor. He has not received an answer, but hopes to write again with the support of the Bishop of Gloucester and maybe one or two others and then let the matter rest. He thanks him for a noble present of game.
