LETTER: Farrar and Co., Lincoln’s Inn Fields, to Mr. George Bettiss, Caernarfon, acknowledging receipt of a letter giving particulars of estates in Anglesey and Caernarfonshire which were to be sold in London on 2 April and agreeing that Lord Newborough’s trustees would not be justified in purchasing any part of the property except Lot 3 and that only because of its vicinity to Glynllifon Park and the opinion of Sir John Wynn that it formed part of the Park.
