NOTE: Mr. Pownall, Staple Inn, [London], to Mr. Thomas Atkinson, enclosing a schedule of the debts of Lord Newborough [not present] and an extract therefrom enclosing names and addresses of most creditors who have brought actions or been pressing their claims [present]. J Pownall thinks some claims could be modified, but those to Mr. Pickering and himself should be paid.
