LETTER: J[ohn] Jones, Agency Office, Ruthin, to Lord Newborough, informing his Lordship that at a meeting of the trustees, F.R. West, Esq., M.P., Rev. Edward Thelwall and Rev. Bulkeley Owen Jones, it was resolved that Mr. Lloyd be asked to repair the roads and that arrangements re the disputed roads would be left to his discretion.
