LETTER: Llewellyn Turner, Parkia, to Lord Newborough, re his Lordships property Coedhelen adjoining the Marsh which is being affected by the railway. Mr. Turner believes that his sister, Major Nanney and his Lordship, as property owners should all be entitled to compensation. If the block of houses which stands in front of Bangor St. was pulled down, Lord Newborough would benefit greatly from the increased value of his property. It would therefore be in his interest to contribute £500 to £1000 towards pulling the block down.
