The assignment which was drawn by Mr. Ramsey Williams was sent to Paris to be executed by Mr. Belasyse and was delivered by him to Mr. B. a fortnight before. Mr. B. promised to send the assignment to Mr. Glynne Griffith by the next day’s coach. He [originally] enclosed his draft at 2 months.
