RECEIPT of W. Bodvell to Thomas Wynn by the hands of Miss Wynn for the use of Mrs. Ann Bodvell, the sum of £1.13s.4d., for the Modus Decimandi [payment in lieu of tithe in kind] paid for the corn tythe on Llyar in 1735. Appended: RECEIPT (20 May 1736) W. Bodvell to Thomas Wynn, Esq., for the sum of 4s. for a Chief Rent issuing out of the house, now in the tenure of John Owen, near the cross at Caernarfon for 1735.
