DRAFT BRIEF of the defendants the Marquis of Bute, Sir Francis Burdett, baronet, Coutts Trotter, Edward Marjoribanks, Thomas Atkinson, Frederick Perceval and Thomas John Lord Newborough, for Mr. Abercromby, in the causes between Maria Stella Petronilla Baroness Newborough, the widow of Thomas late Lord Newborough, Spencer Bulkeley Wynn, an infant, the only younger child of the said Lord and Lady Newborough by Thomas Edward Wynn Bellasyse, Esq., his next friend and Baron Edward Ungern Sternberg and the said Maria Stella Petronilla now Baroness Sternberg, his wife, plaintiffs, and the most Hon. John Marquis of Bute, one of the testamentary guardians of the infant children of the said Lord Newborough and a trustee in the settlement of 1799, Thomas James Viscount Warren Bulkeley, Henry Earl of Uxbridge, the Hon. Spencer Perceval, (now decd.), Thomas Evans, John Mander (now decd.), Paul Panton, Richard Evans, trustees under a family settlement of the estates of the said Thomas Lord Newborough, the said Spencer Perceval and Coutts Trotter, Edward Marjoribanks and Thomas Atkinson, the executors of the will and four other of the testamentary guardians of the children of the said Thomas Lord Newborough, Frederick Perceval, Henry Perceval, and Dudley Montague Perceval, infants, by their guardians, and devisees for life under the will of the said Thomas Lord Newborough, Dorothy Wynn, an annuitant under the same will, John Werninck and Lena otherwise Magdalena, his wife, late Lena otherwise Magdalena Wynn, the widow of the Hon. John Wynn, decd., the elder son of the said Thomas Lord Newborough and an annuitant under his will. Sir Francis Burdett, baronet, another of the testamentary guardians of the said children of the said Thomas Lord Newborough, Sir Hugh Owen, baronet, since decd., and the Rt. Hon. Thomas John Lord Newborough, an infant, the eldest son of the said Lord and Lady Newborough, by Thomas Coutts, Esq., his guardian, and Charles Bouchier, (executor of Thomas Mander), defendants, by original bill and bill of revivor and supplement, touching various matters.
