NOTICE that the court of Chancery would meet on 24 May to appoint a new receiver of the rents, issues and profits of the estates of the late Sir John Wynn, baronet, decd., in the place of Samuel Price the former receiver, in the case of John Glynn Wynn, now decd., William Wynn, Bridget Wynn, now Viscountess Percival, Thomas Edward Wynn, now Thomas Edward Wynn Belasyse, and Glynn Wynn, then infants per Hugh Hughes, Esq., their next friend, plaintiffs and the Rt. Hon. Thomas Lord Newborough in the Kingdom of Ireland, since deceased, Thomas Hunt, Esq., since deceased, John Parr, Esq., since deceased, Thomas Evans D.D., William Myddleton, gent (now deceased), Glynn Wynn, Esq., (now deceased) and Bridget his wife, (now deceased), Frances Joame, widow, Dorothy Wynn, spinster, and John Wynn, an infant, now deceased, by the said Lord Newborough their father and guardian, defendants, by original bill; and between the said William Wynn, the Rt. Hon. John Percival, commonly called Lord Viscount Percival and Bridget Viscountess Percival, his wife, late Bridget Wynn, spinster, Thomas Edward Wynn Belasyse, Esq., late Thomas Edward Wynn, and Glynn Wynn, Esq., plaintiffs, and the Rt. Hon. Thomas John Wynn Lord Newborough, an infant, the Hon. Spencer Bulkeley Wynn, an infant, the said Thomas Evans, the Rt. Hon. Maria Stella Petronilla Dowager Baroness Newborough, the Most Hon. John Stuart Marquis of Bute, Sir Francis Burdett, Baronet, the Rt. Hon.
