QUITCLAIM of all right and title to messuages, lands and tenements called Tythyn y Koed Mawr and y Tythyn dwy, township Dolbadarn; and GRANT of a yearly rent of 20 marks payable out of 8 tenements or lands in pa.[rish] Llanrhaidr in Kinmeirgh [Llanrhaeadr yng Nghinmeirch], co. Denbs., (including lands called y Ffryth and yr rystock) for a total consideration of £200, with PROVISO for redemption within 12 years for £400 and interest at 10 per cent. Tenants and areas given.
