COUNTERPART ASSIGNMENT of lease in fee farm of parcels of land in a close called quetge d.. y llan in t’ship llanpedr, [pa. Llanbedrycennin] and five parcels of land in t’ship llanpedr, of which the first is one half of one meadow called y weirgloth gron ynghil y bvarth, the second, called Dryll y gelynen; extends from a place called garth y pwrs as far as the high road in the same place, the third, called Talar Ieuan gryth, lies in width from the orchard of the rectory of llanbedr as far as a place called gwern castell, and in length from the said parcel called dryll y gelynen, as far as the land of the said Hugh called Kelly y forwyn the fourth parcel, called dryll Ieuan ap Madock ap yorwerth, lying adjacent to the land called brynnie melynion on one side, and a place called fynnon blethyn ddu at one end as far as the land called Talar Ieuan gryth on the other, the fifth parcel called frwd y kemerey as far as a parcel of land called dryll Robyn, and in length from the land called llwyn y gwayw at one end as far as the land of the said Thomas Davies on the other. Fee farm rent: 3s.4d. p.a. payable to the Dean and Chapter of Bangor Cathedral, to the use of the new school at Bangor.
