Endorsed: COPY LETTER: William E. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog to F.W. Roche, Tregunter, Talgarth, stating that he had paid £350 into the account for the quarter ending the previous September. The delay had been caused by the non payment of dues by the shippers. The shipments had been nearly up to the average of the corresponding quarter.
