DECLARATI0N: by John Jones, Stafford Street, Peckham, signed at the Police Court, Dow Street, in the presence of D. Jardine, Magistrate. J.J. declares that Mr. John Jones of Douglas, Isle of Man died in April 1856 leaving everything to his wife and sons, John and William. John was the executor end all deeds and documents were placed in his hands. He had paid way all monies since the death of John Jones.
