Solomon Andrews and Francis Emile Andrews MEMORANDUM that by the indentures particularised in the schedule the land and hereditaments comprised in conveyance of 27 Aug.1894 made between the parties as above of land and premises called Tydden Sheffrey, pa. Llangelynin, Co. Meirionnydd (coloured green on the attached map) were conveyed to the grantees and the statutory acknowledgement and undertaking for the production and safe custody of the above mentioned indenture were given to such grantees respectively.
