LETTER Joseph Peers, Clerk of the Peace, Rhuthin to W.T. Poole, Esq., Clerk of the Peace, Caernarfon. Reply to an inquiry re the salary of the Governor and Matron of Rhuthin Gaol. That the salary of the Governor is £130 with an allowance of coals and gas, and that the Matrons’ salary is £65 with the same allowances.
