CIRCULAR LETTER: Robert Williams, Leeds House, Carnarvon, Hon. Secretary of the Caernarfon Cycling Club, to its Members, re resolution passed by a meeting convened by the Mayor to hold a "Confete on Jubilee Day at the Castle", the proceeds of which would be devoted to local Charitable objects. In order to render the programme more attractive it was resolved to ask the Cycling Club to attend, and form a procession in fancy dress. A meeting was to be held to discuss arrangements at the Bee Hive.
