DEED TO DECLARE USES of a FINE levied upon Ty Newydd, alias Ty Mawr, Llain y planwedd, Cae hir, Tan yr ardd, cae yr odyn, Llain Coch, Caua’r Tyndir, Pen y bryn, Buarth Bach, Llainleppa, Y weyn gron, Cae canol, Pen’rallt, Cae yn y lon, Cae Eithin, and Cae bach, all in the pa.[rish] Edern, allowing the land to be in the use of Griffith David and his wife for the term of their natural lives (the longer of the 2) and to be Ellin’s’s dower on Griffith’s death. Attached: Great Session at Caernarfon FINAL CONCORD between: Plaintiff: John Owen Esq. and Defendant: Griffith David, gent., and Ellin his wife; when the deforceants acknowledged 4 messuages, 2 cottages, 1 toft, 6 gardens, 30 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 30 acres of pasture, and 20 acres of furze and heath to be the property of the plaintiff.
