Thomas Hughes of South Road, Caernarfon, dissenting minister; Evan Williams of Bangor Road, Caernarfon, dissenting minister; John 0wen of Ty Coch, Caernarfon, merchant; the said Hugh Pugh; William Parry Williams of Bridge Street, Caernarfon, druggist; Edward Humphrey Owen of Tycoch, merchant; John Halford Hobley of North Road Caernarfon, merchant; Morris Roberts of North Penrallt, Caernarfon, leather cutter; William Davies of Moriah Square, Caernarfon; Ellis James of Tynllwyn, Bangor, farmer; Griffith Roberts of Crug, farmer add the Rev. John Owen of Pencaenewydd, dissenting minister, trustees of the Welsh Calvinistic Methodist Connexion for the purposes hereinafter mentioned, and hereinafter called the trustees. COPY CONVEYANCE of all those pieces of land containing 234 sq. yards situate in Crown Street in the parish of Llanbeblig, which were formerly the site of three messuages with the yards and outbuildings situate on the North West side of Crown Street and formerly in the occupation of the said Edward Hughes, butcher, and the house, shop and outbuildings in Crown Street, formerly in the occupation of John Parry, barber, referred to as numbers 190-193 in the Plans and Reference Books of the Railway Company for the said parish of Llanbeblig and which are now the site of a Chapel which has been built at the expense of the members of the said connexion and others and which were sold by the said company to Edward Hughes for a consideration of £450 and in turn by Edward Hughes to Hugh Pugh for a consideration of £550, and then conveyed by the said Company, according to the wishes of Edward Hughes and Hugh Pugh to the said trustees. Also included is a receipt by the Company for the sum of £450 and by Edward Hughes for the sum of £100.
