CASE re Geyfron in the parish of Llaniestyn, co. Anglesey. Recites the details of the will of Ellin James alias Parry of the parish of Llanarmon, widow (1742/43), devising lands called Geyfron in the parish of Llaniestyn to son Richard Griffith or, in default of issue, to daughter Mary Phillips. The daughter died first without issue and soon after Richard Griffith died without issue leaving Geyfron in his will (1757) to Robert Thomas of Tir Melas, parish of Llanarmon, co. Caernarfon, his next of kin. Robert Thomas contracted a bond of £500 with Robert Rowland of Keint, parish of Llanfihangel yskeiviog [Llanfihangel Esceifiog], co.Anglesey, yeoman, for trasfer of Geyfron. Describes subsequent transactions, with the opinion of Ben Tilmer on the abstract.
