Caernarfon, Esq. (Ellin Evans was also sister and heiress of Griffith Williams of Llandegwnning.) 2) Thomas Jones ef Bryntirion, co. Caernarfon. DRAFT LEASE for a year of a house in Market Street in the town of Caernarfon, co. Caernarfon, adjoining the Shambles and a certain roofless building that was formerly the town hall. Also a piece of ground in Market Street alias Corn Market Street under the town hall and in High Street, Caernarfon, formerly held by the widow of John Wynne, and Joseph Wakeman, innholder. And all other property of his in Market Street and High Street (except Plas Bowman now contracted to be sold to the Rev. Richard Nanney). Also a house in the snburbs of Caernarfon in Bangor Street opposite Turf Square held by Robert Griffith, shoemaker.
