DRAFT STATEMENT of John Jones of Ty Chap, pa.[rish] Llanwnda, farmer, acknowledging that he has received £150 from the Rev. Philip Constable Ellis in consideration of inprovements made. He agrees to pay the Rev. Ellis interests at 4% p.a. for the sum of £150, which he agrees to accept, together with the further sum of £24 paid by the Rev. Ellis, his landlord, to his deceased son Henry Jones in complete satisfaction of all claims in consideration of money expended by his son on the improvements made.
