LETTER: George Bovill, Cefnamwlch estate, Voelas Estate Office, Rhydycreua, Bettws-y-Coed, to Rev. John Hughes, Wenallt, Edern, noting that the executors agreed to give up the tenancy of Brynrhydd Farm on 11 October. It had been arranged that the farm be let to Miss Ellen Williams and her cousin Owen Roberts. He asks that the ditches and stream running through the farm were cleaned out as they were in bad condition.
