Gyffin; messinage or dwellinghouse in tenure of John Wynne and William Edmond, yeomen, in t. Conway; messuage or dwellinghouse called Tin Brith in Castle Street, Conway; messinage or dwellinghouse with gardens in tenure of William Prichard, yeoman, in t. Conway; messuage or t’ment called Bronlledreth within liberties of t. and borough of Conway; and messuage and t’ment called Nant or Tythin Afon Berry within liberties of Conway. Llanbeder, Caerhyn, Llanglynin, Gyffin and Conway to be the right of the plaintiff. Consideration: 76 marks and 1 noble of silver.
