Including the mortgaging of the annuity to Miss Margaret Susan Parker, a printed table of life annuities, Life Assurance Societies estimates as to the value of the annuity and subsequent negotiations for the sale of the annutiy to Hugh Rowlands, brother of John Rowlands.
