Llanllechid bequeathing to his wife Ann real and personal property, including cottages in Tanhwfa Road, Llanllechid and a field of 4 acres called ";Cae Bod"; which, after her death is bequeathed in trust to the Bishop of Bangor and the rector of Llanllechid to be conveyed to the Representative Body contemplated by the Welsh Church Act 1914. The capital of the trust premises is to be applied at the discretion of the Representative Body for the benefit of the Episcopally ordained incumbent of Llanllechid. Executrix: wife Ann Roberts.
