MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT between
1. Evan Roberts, Penybryn, pa. Edern and
2. Richard Roberts
having bought shares in the Anglesey Copper Mine and the Deunant Copper Mine agree that whichever mine first becomes profitable that the other shall and will be subject to bear any equal share of the costs of workitng the other and that they are to pay each an equal share of the expenditure on each of the said mines.
