COPY LETTER: Henry Thomas, 12 White Friars, Chester to [Medical Registration Office] in which Dr.Thomas states that he has this day received a letter from America stating that an answer to their letter to the Homoeopathic College of Medicine Pennsylvania had been sent to them. Dr. Thomas respectfully claims that having sent them all the proof they require he should be at once entered upon the Medical Register according to the clause 15 and paragraph 11 of schedule A.
