DRAFT LETTER: Henry Thomas, 10 White Friars, Chester, to the [Medical Registration Office] in which Henry Thomas expresses his surprise at not finding his name included in the list just published of medical practitioners. He informs them that he is sending them a certificate proving he obtained his diploma after examination and trusts that by sending this proof they will register him at once. Henry Thomas concludes by saying that he cannot help expressing his conviction that he has been hardly and illegally treated and trusts to prompt registration as a means of putting away the contempt cast upon him by the suppression of his name in the registration list just published.
