He has not yet tried to obtain the Diploma of the Royal College of Surgeons, and explains why he moved in the matter of the Archbishop’s Diploma. He defends the strictness of the American system of examining students with reference to the colleges at which he studied, namely the Homoeopathic College of Pennslvania and the Cleveland Homoeopathic College.
