CIRCULAR LETTER: Mr Beasley, Taff Vale Railway, General Manager’s Office, Cardiff to R.J. Morris, esq, Harbour Master, Porthmadog, enclosing a copy of letter which, as President of the Bristol Chapel Dock Owners Association, he has received from the Board of Trade (see no. 70 above). He urges him to furnish particulars of all cases in which the expenses incurred in raising a wreck have exceeded the value of the wreck itself, as there is some danger that the liability of shipowners may be further limited as the result of the outcome of International Conference now being held.
