LETTER: The Cardiff and Channel Mills Ltd, 24 Custom House Street, Cardiff toR.J. Morris, esq; Porthmadog, stating that his letter of yesterday is to hand. His argument that the agents of the Rebeccs did not advise her captain in time for Monday evening’s tide is beside the point. It was the duty of the Harbour Master to have moved her away and allowed the Tecwyn in.
