COPY LETTER:W.E. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog to F.W. Roche, esq, Tregunter, Brecon, stating that he has paid £174s. 0s. 8d. to his credit at the National Provincial Bank on account of Harbour Dues for the quarter ending 31 Dec. 1888. The Cwmorthin Company paid him this morning the amount due from them for the Sept. and Dec. quarters. Expenditure is heavier in the December quarter than the others.
