COPY LETTER: W.E. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog to F.W. Roche, esq, Tregunter, Talgarth, Brecon, stating that he has paid £226. 18s 2d. to his credit at the National Provincial Bank on account of Harbour Dues for the quarter ending 30 Sept. last. The Cwmmorthin Co. still have not paid their dues. Mr. Casson has been too busy with the County Council elections to negociate with them. Receipts are less than the corresponding quarter of the previous year: vessels are scarce and the weather unfavourable.
