COPY LETTER: Wm. E. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog, to F.W.A. Roche, esq, Treqwiter, stating that he has paid £197. 1s. 7d. to his credit at the National Provincial Bank being the balance of Harbour Dues for the quarters ending 31 March and 30 June. He also encloses the account for those quarters. The Cwwortiin Company sent a cheque on Tuesday. There will be a considerable fall off from the corresponding quarter of 1884, shipments of slates being less by about 9000.
