COPY LETTER: S. Richards at Philadelphia, Deiniolen, to Messrs. Yale and Hardcastle at Estates Office, Pwllheli. He informs them that there was no arrangement to pay the increased rent as stated. He gives an account of Mr. Greer1s visit on 5 April 1962 and outlines extra costs incurred with removal of furniture due to road- widening. He points out the lack of repairs undertaken during their tenancy and requests to know what compensation they propose to give.
