LEASE for a term of 3 lives and 31 concurrent years of a plot of land with messuage or dwelling house already and hereafter to be erected thereon being part and parcel of a farm called Tanymas Ucha, which adjoins the old turnpike road on the right hand side from Caernarfon to Bangor a few yards beyond the old turnpike gate called Tafarn y Grisia Gate, containing in length parallel with the turnpike road 60 yds, and in depth 30 yds, in the pa. of Llanfairisgaer.
